Service Description

In this class we thoroughly explore the key principles of Pilates to build a greater awareness of how we move, allowing you to build balanced strength and improve your posture and mobility. Exercises are built up in layers, allowing you to progress and add challenge as and when you want to. Options are always given to make you comfortable. Suitable for those with previous Pilates experience and/or active lifestyles.
