Book your next class and move with us at Runlates. Choose from Reformer Pilates, Matwork or Pilates for Runners, all taught in small, supportive groups. Whether you are new or experienced, every session is designed to help you build strength, mobility and confidence.

Private Sessions

Looking for a more personalised approach? Our one-to-one and duet sessions are tailored to your individual goals, whether that’s improving form, supporting recovery or building strength. Work closely with your instructor for focused, hands-on guidance that helps you get the most from your movement.
