About the event
Join us for a morning of chatty trail running up and over the Long Mynd! This run is planned as 2 (different) loops, allowing you to take on a longer distance and do both if you wanted or choose a shorter option. Both will include a mix of lanes, footpaths and trails and stunning views!
The Bridges pub at Ratlinghope is the start/finish for both loops, and will be our meeting point and venue for any post-run refreshments.
Both routes will be shared beforehand, and the group will be given clear directions/meeting points so anyone wanting to go a little further or faster is welcome to do so. The run leader ALWAYS stays at the rear to keep everyone together.
Loop 1 is 7.5 miles (approx), heading up to Shooting Box before a long descent taking in the Golden Valley and Darnford Brook. Meeting at 9am.
