Shropshire Way Social Stage 6

Join me this year as I explore the Shropshire Way (South route) in 2025! This month I'll be running Stage 6 of the route, the Ludlow - Wheathill section (10.5 miles).

A few things to note:

These runs are not 'led' or 'route-checked' beforehand so are joined at your own risk (though I'll always share the route and give you a heads up of hazards to be aware of and some tips). They are therefore absolutely free to join in whole or part, which you can do in a number of ways:

• Run with me, I'll usually be aiming for a pace averaging 4 miles an hour across the whole section with walking uphill and photo/refreshment pauses.

• Run at a pace of your choosing aiming to cross paths on route and get to the end at a similar time (so start earlier/finish later as you wish)
