Shropshire Way Social Stage 10

Join me this year as I explore the Shropshire Way (South route) in 2025! This month I'll be running Stage 10 of the route, the Wellington - Haughmond section (12 miles). This route takes in low lying meadows and riverside paths before a wooded climb up Haughmond Hill - to the cafe at the top!

A few things to note:

These runs are not 'led' or 'route-checked' beforehand so are joined at your own risk (though I'll always share the route and give you a heads up of hazards to be aware of and some tips). They are therefore absolutely free to join in whole or part, which you can do in a number of ways:

• Run with me, I'll usually be aiming for a pace averaging 4 miles an hour across the whole section with walking uphill and photo/refreshment pauses.
