About the event
Join us for a morning of Reformer Pilates and a scenic social run!
If you haven't tried Reformer Pilates before this will be a great introduction to the difference it can make to your running, improving mobility, flexibility and strength.
First we will enjoy an hour of Reformer Pilates to thoroughly warm up before heading out together on a chatty social run!
We will expect to usually cover around 6-7km in an hour, however will always make an effort to accommodate anyone who'd like to join us but would prefer to run at a gentler pace - so please get in touch if you have any concerns at all about the distance.
Afterwards, we cool down with some simple stretches before enjoying refreshments and chat at the Hay Yard then heading home.
