Join us for a morning of Reformer Pilates and a scenic social run!
If you haven't tried Reformer Pilates before this will be a great introduction to the difference it can make to your running, improving mobility, flexibility and strength.
When you book there are 2 options of start time, both sessions are around 2hours 30 mins long:
If you join us at 9am you will enjoy your Reformer class, followed by the run and then coffee.
