About the event
Join our Beginner-friendly 6 week course to explore the key principles and exercises that will allow you to progress your Reformer Pilates practice! Build and improve core strength, mobility and flexibility as well as confidence with the equipment and props.
Our qualified STOTT Pilates instructor will guide you through your classes and support you to modify exercises to suit your body and goals. This is a small group class and we will take care to ensure you are comfortable and able to work at your own level and pace throughout.
