Hope Bowdler, Willstone Hill and Caer Caradoc Social!

Join us for a morning of chatty trail running in the stunning Shropshire Hills!  We'll be covering a number of the hills close to Caer Caradoc, with beautiful views of the surrounding area including The Lawley and the Long Mynd.  Hope Bowdler and Willstone hills are some of the lesser known summits, but also some of my favourites - not only for the views but the fact that some of the climbs and descents are less technical and more runnable than on some!

This route is a figure of 8 at just over 7 miles, but as usual we will be going at a chatty pace with plenty of time to take in our surroundings.  There will inevitably be stretches of walking to climb some of the hills, but we'll have a homemade snack to look forward to when we reach the top of Caer Caradoc!  This is a great…
