About the event
Join us for a morning of chatty trail running up and around Caer Caradoc, and through pretty Helmeth Woods. This run is planned as 1 loop of around 5 miles, with option to add on a second loop beforehand taking in Hope Bowdler Hill. There will inevitably be some hills to climb, but we'll be walking when needed and enjoying some stunning views (and a homemade snack!) at the top. This is a great way to explore the area and enjoy the scenery in a friendly, supportive environment!
The Vending Hut by the layby off the B4371 in Church Stretton (at the top of Sandford Avenue towards Hope Bowdler) is the start/finish point, and will be our venue for any post-run refreshments - they do great ice creams as well as hot drinks and other refreshments.
