Autumn Social - The Wrekin

Join us for a chatty trail run up and over the Wrekin along with some fresh-air Pilates to warm up and cool down. We'll be taking in lots of pretty autumnal woodland as well as the stunning views from the top!  Our route is just over 4 miles, with the option to arrive a little earlier to add on a guided loop of the Ercall woods if you wanted a longer run (subject to demand).

This route is fully on trails and footpaths, and whilst the main ascent is fairly steep (we'll be walking this bit) there are many gently undulating stretches of woodland to stretch your legs as well as the inevitable downhill too!  The group will be given clear directions/meeting points so anyone wanting to go a little further or faster is welcome to do so. The run leader ALWAYS stays at the rear to keep everyone together.
