PILATES FOR RUNNERS

Do you suffer from injuries or niggles that prevent you from enjoying your running? Or maybe you're starting to take on new challenges and want to make sure you can enjoy them to the full. Pilates for Runners classes will build strength and mobility where you most need it, allowing you to run comfortably, efficiently and recover quickly too.

RUN + STRETCH

Are you looking to meet some new, local running friends? Would you like to learn (and enjoy!) some simple stretches to aid recovery? The focus of our run is on the social - chatty pace, and friendly company! We wrap up with around 15 minutes of Pilates mobility to leave you feeling relaxed.

REFORMER PILATES

Have you experienced the Pilates Reformer? This spring-based equipment was developed by Joseph Pilates to support rehabilitation and develop greater strength and flexibility.  The resistance can be used to add challenge, and support you as you enjoy lengthening, strengthening and releasing any stiff or 'tight' muscles (hello hamstrings..).
