Service Description

A 30-45 mins run at an easy, chatty pace followed by 10-15 minutes of Pilates to improve your flexibility, and aid your recovery. All levels of experience welcome - the run is facilitated to ensure the group stays together, and the focus is on enjoying the company and scenery! A great way to meet new running buddies in your local area. *Run + Stretch is FREE if you have booked the Pilates for Runners course that precedes it*
