Service Description
In this class we thoroughly explore the key principles of Pilates to build a greater awareness of how we move, allowing you to build balanced strength and improve your posture and mobility. Whether you are new to Pilates, or have previous experience, I offer plenty of options in class to both challenge and support - allowing your to work comfortably at your own level. If there is a week you are unable to attend I will provide a recording of a similar class for you to catch up at home. If you are new to the class you will also receive a free online class introducing you to the basic principles to watch before joining us!
