Service Description

Improve your running form and posture, strengthen your core and increase resilience to injury through greater overall mobility. We focus on the muscle groups and movement patterns required to run efficiently, helping to avoid those common overuse niggles familiar to many runners! This run is followed by a Run & Stretch session, free if you have joined us for the class before.
