Are you returning to running after a break, or trying Pilates for the first time? This class will improve your running form and posture, strengthen your core and increase resilience to injury through greater overall mobility. We work at a gentle, considered pace, allowing you time to fully understand all the key principles and movement patterns required to run efficiently. This will help you to avoid those common overuse niggles familiar to many runners!
