Service Description

Improve your running form and posture, strengthen your core and increase resilience to injury through greater overall mobility. We focus on the muscle groups and movement patterns required to run efficiently, helping to avoid those common overuse niggles familiar to many runners! If booked onto the class, you are welcome to join us for a social run and stretch afterwards with qualified Run Leader Eva. Around 5km at a chatty pace, and open to all levels of experience.
