Improve your running form and posture, strengthen your core and increase resilience to injury through greater overall mobility. We focus on the muscle groups and movement patterns required to run efficiently, helping to avoid those common overuse niggles familiar to many runners! Whilst this run is NOT followed by a Run & Stretch session, I will be offering a fortnightly free social run after class.
