Service Description
Try this class focused on building strength, mobility and endurance to support efficient movement and running technique. Suitable for and relevant to most sports as well as running - including hockey, tennis, football. Improve your running form and posture, strengthen your core and increase resilience to injury through greater overall mobility. We focus on the muscle groups and movement patterns required to run efficiently, helping to avoid those common overuse niggles familiar to many runners! We recommend you have previous experience of Pilates to get the most from this class, or have taken Beginners or Challenge classes first.
