You will receive 1 x 45 minute class a week for the month of June (4 in total), with classes sent through weekly on a Thursday evening and available via the link for the whole month. You can then do them as many times as you like! Each will help you to improve your running form and posture, strengthen your core, and increase resilience to injury through greater overall mobility. We focus on the muscle groups and movement patterns required to run efficiently, helping to avoid those common overuse niggles familiar to many runners!
