Service Description

Improve your running form and posture, strengthen your core and increase resilience to injury through greater overall mobility. We focus on the muscle groups and movement patterns required to run efficiently, helping to avoid those common overuse niggles familiar to many runners! You can also join an optional 5k social run and stretch after class, to feel the difference Pilates makes to your running.
