Service Description
In this beginners class we will introduce you to the key principles of Pilates - exploring how it can help you to build a greater awareness of how we move, and allowing you to build balanced strength and improve your posture and mobility. Particularly suitable for those who are new or returning to Pilates, we will be building up slowly to ensure you fully grasp the key movements underpinning exercise progressions. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions or history of injury, this class will be a gentle way to build strength and confidence as you return to exercise. I will offer plenty of options in class to both challenge and support - allowing you to work comfortably at your own level. If there is a week you are unable to attend I will provide a class recording for you to do at home. If you are new to the class you will also receive a free online class introducing you to the basic principles to watch before joining us!
